This wikiHow will teach you how to make a beautiful tissue paper bouquet out of a delicious assortment of mini liquor bottles. This can be a great gift for a 21st birthday or any occasion!
Steps
-
Collect all of the items you will need. You will need tissue paper, a hot glue gun and glue sticks, a vase, curling ribbon, shooter bottles, wooden kabab sticks, and scissors.
-
Take one piece of tissue paper and cut it into quarters.Advertisement
-
Layer each piece of tissue paper. You want to arrange them in such a way that the corners are spread out in multiple points. This will create multiple petals.
-
Put the shooter bottle in the middle of the stack of tissue paper. You want to have the bottle standing up with the lid pointed up.
-
Wrap the tissue paper firmly around the bottle. Hold it tightly in your fist so that it creases around the bottle well.
-
Attach the tissue to the bottle. Take a piece of ribbon and tie it firmly around the tissue paper and neck of the bottle in a double knot. Grab a wooden kebab stick and tie it tightly against the first knot. This will act as the stem of the flower.
-
When all of your flowers are done, hot glue these sticks in place and let them completely dry before putting them in your vase. You will want to angle them slightly differently as you hot glue them so that they lay differently in your vase.
-
Place them in your vase. Feel free to trim and shape edges to give your flowers a different shape or pull/scrunch the tissue paper in different ways. Enjoy!Advertisement
