If you are a smoker, have uncontrolled diabetes, or do not have enough bone for an implant, it may not be a possible option. It depends on how many implants you need. The prices have gone down recently as more and more dentists have started to use this procedure. Prices are quite comparable to the classic dental bridge, which needs to have support on the other adjacent teeth and this requires more waste of dental tissue and also more metal and ceramic material.
