No. In theory a Pendry lens could make something appear invisible. This has been demonstrated in principle using microwave wavelengths. However, to produce a Pendry lens for visible wavelengths requires macroscopic elements composed of nano-structures. This is challenging to build on the required scale. It is an active area of research but it won't happen soon. In the meantime, you could try wearing a black cloak at nighttime.
