Tell her to mind her own business and tell her that if she can like whatever she wants that you can also and maybe even show her some of their newer songs and stuff to show her they're more than just their "What Makes You Beautiful" days. Or, just let it go because it's silly to fall out over a band.

If they decide that for some reason they can't, you can still support them all as solo artists and fangirl over them when they all get together for some sort of gathering. Definitely watch the funny moments. The boys are hilarious! All of them have a talent for comedy, and if they weren't famous singers, they could be famous YouTubers or something. I also watch the funny moments every day.

For the ones that are, it may be a one-time thing, or they feel that they need to prove that they are true fans by sending death threats to anyone who disses their "babies." Most of the time, these people are Directionaters. And for the ones that just push and shove to try and get closer to the boys, remember that this is (usually) not harming anyone, they are simply trying to meet them (which is basically top of the bucket list for all Directioners).

Just tell them that you respect the fact that they like BTS, and they need to respect the fact that you like 1D. Friends don't have to like the exact same things. There are plenty of 1D fans in the world and there are plenty of BTS fans in the world. It doesn't need to be a competition and everybody should be able to get along.

It's not unhealthy, but you should try to stop. Being like that classifies you as jealous. On the second hand, it's never a bad idea to broaden your horizons and learn more about One Direction.
