How do I get the Mechakoopas to Bowser in Super Mario World?

Jump on the Mechakoopas so that they're not running around and then hold 'Y' and run into them so that you pick them up, afterwards press up on the D-pad and let go of 'Y' try to hit Bowser not the shell that his is in otherwise the Mechakoopas just break, however if you hit Bowser he will lose a life. This takes a lot of practice so don't be concerned if you don't get it the first time.

There are lots of secret exits and levels to find in Super Mario World, but a common way to find secrets is to equip the cape power up try flying to the top of the level. More often than not, you'll find hidden secrets like Dragon Coins, 1-up Mushrooms and sometimes secret exits. One example is in Donut Plains 1, where at the very end of the level, you can fly upward to find a series of pipes in the sky. This is where the secret key and keyhole are.
