Songs from Apple Music, a subscription service offering over 30 million songs, cannot be burned on to a CD, because they were saved through the subscription service. You'll have to actually buy the song. If it is a song that you do, in fact, own, you may need to save it as a windows file, such as a WMA, instead of an Apple file.

Can videos be burned to a DVD disc? What do I do if I can only burn CDs to a disc via iTunes and I can't burn videos to DVD discs?

Videos only work burned on DVD-R labeled discs and music will have CD-R on the disc itself. with music 18-19 songs will fit on the audio setting (depending on how long the song is) when you're in the burn setting of iTunes. Usually when you burn a movie for a DVD player, you can use an app on Mac called DVD-Creator, the disc will usually fit a full length movie (depending on the file capacity of the disc itself).
