    Community Answer
Referred to as "Font Size", this can be changed in the "Font" pop-up box from the "Format" option above. In the pop-up box, navigate to the right side and you will find the "Size" option. Choose the size number you prefer and select "OK". Please note that this will change the font size of all text in every Notepad file you open.

Notepad has no "Format" it's all in ASCII format. It only has word wrap and font, word wrap gets it all on one page then falling over to an extra not needed page.
  • Question
I only want to change the size of the font in one letter. How do I do that without it doing the entire thing?
    Rudy Toth
    Community Answer
Next to the menu of fonts there is a size indicator that goes from 8 to 72 size for the first letter like between h and H. You can make the first character large by experimenting with the sizes of the fonts, which is on the right dialog box. Just use your mouse to open the size indicator that reads off in a column. Then you can bring down the size with the next character that is smaller.
  • Question
How to make each line stay in a different font?
    Rudy Toth
    Community Answer
You can't do that in Notepad but only perhaps in Write. Change the font style from the menu that shows your list of fonts in your computer's directory. Then save the file for each style of font. If you don't save it, then it goes back to the default.
  • Question
Can we change font for all files at once?
    Rudy Toth
    Community Answer
No, it only works with one file at a time. When you select the whole page of content, then you can change the font style to another font style. But some places in the text of lines might need your extra attention to make corrections. No two fonts are the same nor their special characters if you used that in the default of the file.
  • Question
How can I increase the font size to 210?
    Rudy Toth
    Community Answer
No such thing unless you are commercially advertising for a billboard. You can only print out in the sizes from 2 to 72 in the right dialog box of sizes in Write.
