Everyone has their opinions as to whether or not coloring books are "bad" for creativity. Some people say that coloring doesn't provide sufficient input of creativity since the drawings are already completed for you. Others say that coloring can be a relaxing activity and is a good stress-relief activity with creative elements of color choices, usage of different shading and colouring techniques, etc. Either way, only you can decide what is best for you and whether or not this activity is something you want to engage in.
