Highlight all the videos (or copy their links), paste into a word document, and save the document to the flash drive. However, you can always sign into your YouTube account from any computer and access your playlist that way. If you want to access the videos without an internet connection, you would have to download each video by using a YouTube converter site or something similar, then save the downloaded videos to your flash drive.

What do I do if clicking the + on a video only lets me place it into my "Watch later" playlist?

If this is the case, it means you have not actually created a channel associated with your account. Click on your profile picture (it may be just your initial in a circle) found at the top right corner of the YouTube page. Then click "Your Channel," then "Create." When you go back to the video you want to add and click the "Save" button, you will find the option to create a playlist has been added.

You can't. Unlike private videos, only the creator of the playlist is able to view it. If you only want certain people to see it, change the playlist settings to unlisted. Unlisted playlists are only viewable to certain people who have the link. They won't show up in search results or on your channel.
