    Try to drink less water or liquid before eating so that you do not fill yourself up with that before a meal. Also, you can slowly increase your meal size so that you can gradually eat more. Do not try and eat a lot more all at once. If you feel you have an issue with your appetite, you can consult with your doctor.

    If you're trying to gain weight, drink protein shakes. But if your goal is simply to eat more food, you should do the opposite; drink low calorie drinks like water, juice, Gatorade, etc., as these will not fill you up.

    Getting hungrier throughout is completely normal and something you shouldn't be afraid of. As your body grows, you need more energy to keep you running efficiently. So, don't fight it and still eat a healthy amount and just make sure it isn't more than your body can handle.
