    Expert Answer
Make dips more challenging by placing another workout bench (or another stable surface) in front of you. Sit down on your main bench and position your feet on the second bench to elevate them. Then, do your dips. Having your legs elevated will make the exercise harder.

Do two or three resistance exercises, 2-3 times per week. Use bodyweight or increase the weight you use gradually, as the muscles adapt. Doing 3-5 sets of 6-10 reps with heavy weight builds muscle size.

  • Question
Does lifting dumbbells causes dwarfism in children?
    Community Answer
Dwarfism is not something you have control over. It's more a genetic 'defect,' so weightlifting will not make someone a dwarf. However, it could affect their growth depending on how old they are.
  • Question
Do daily push-ups decrease our arm size?
    Community Answer
No; however, if you're looking to increase mass, you should give your arms a day of rest in between workouts to allow the muscles to grow. If you're looking to eliminate fat on your arms, then doing daily cardio will help.
