If I have a pimple on the exact spot where I want to have my nose pierced, should I wait until it is gone, or is it alright to do it now?

Wait until it's gone. Piercing it now could irritate the skin and possibly infect it.

It depends on your pain tolerance. For most people, it doesn't hurt very badly. Your eyes might water a bit because the nose is very sensitive, but you shouldn't pass out or anything.

My piercer told me to use just soap and water to clean it. And I told him I want a hoop, so he pierced it further down the end and said come back in 2 months? Is that right?
    Community Answer
No, that is not correct. Piercings should be cleaned with saltwater or just water. Further on the end? Your piercing probably doesn't look right and never will, hoop or bar. Go back and ask for a refund because that is dodgy behaviour.
