Can I hatched an evolved Pokemon?

It depends. If the Pokemon's pre-evolution is a baby Pokemon (i.e. Munchlax, Budew, and Azurill), where you need the parent Pokemon to hold a specific item/incense to hatch a baby Pokemon, then yes, your Pokemon that you hatch will be "evolved." However, with most other Pokemon having non-baby pre-evolutions, you will get the first-evolved stage of the Pokemon.

On Akala Island, if you go to Paniola Ranch there should be a Pokemon daycare. Leave 2 Pokemon of different genders and then come back later to check on them. Talk to the girl outside of the daycare center and she'll give you the egg if they had one.

What's the fastest way to hatch an egg in Pokemon Sun?

Right in front of the daycare in Paniola Ranch is a small enclosed space with a hole in the fence you can walk through. Go into it and use tauros and hold the B button and run around in circles. You also want a Pokemon with either flame body or magma armor as an ability, these help your eggs hatch faster (I use Talonflame). Also when the girl standing outside of the daycare changes position to a thinking one, then she has an egg.
