How to leave a discord server that was created?

Open up your server settings tab by clicking on the Server Name box and then click 'Delete Server' at the bottom of the left-hand menu, and confirm the server deletion.

Tap and hold the server icon, tap "More Options," and "Leave Server" should be down there.
