You can store the dough in a bowl. Coat the inside of the bowl with a thin layer of cooking oil, put the dough inside, and seal the top of the bowl with plastic wrap. Then, store the bowl in the fridge. If you have an airtight container, coat the inside of the container with oil, place the dough inside, seal the lid, and store the container in the refrigerator. Both methods will keep the dough fresh for about one week.
