Add in some cornstarch diluted with water. If you don't mix it with water it will just clump up.
  • Question
What can you use in place of a double boiler/steamer?
    Community Answer
You can use a colander, or you can use a pot with a glass bowl on top. It really depends on what you are doing. If you are making sauce or melting things, the glass bowl works well. Anything with vegetables or cooking actual things is better off with a pot and a small colander or maybe even a sifter. For more help, see the wikiHow How to Make a Double Boiler .
  • Question
Do these stay hardened when out of the fridge for a long period of time?
    Community Answer
That depends on how cold it currently is. Don't bring them out in the sun or anything like that, or they'll melt! But them being too cold might not be too good of an idea either.
