So let the kids do simple things like making their bed, cleaning their desk, pulling out weeds in the yard, or putting up posters to shape their environment can fuel their motivation.

Maintain a reward jar in which there are chits in it containing the things that your child likes to do. You can even try by showing them motivational YouTube videos.
