    Yes, it is. Although, if you were to quit Roblox, getting a ban wouldn't really do anything. It will still be risky for the person buying your stuff.

    There is no way to actually “delete” a Roblox account. Once you press the sign in button, it’s burned onto the Roblox website permanently.
