You can also manage the pain with over-the-counter medications, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Motrin). I had my wisdom teeth out 5 days ago. I believe my blood clot fell out and now there is a hole, but I don’t think I have dry socket because there’s no extra pain. Is this normal?

When you apply clove oil in the region of your dental pain, it will immediately relieve the pain. I also recommend applying an ice pack near the painful or swollen area.
