You can download Windows 10 onto a flash drive for free. However, it will require a code sooner or later. If you bought the computer from a store, I recommend contacting them if it was supposed to come with an operating system but did not. If that does not work, you can find a code for most systems for about $100-130. It is pricey but must be done.

Try holding the power button until it turns off. Once it is turned off, you can attempt to restart it. When starting back up, if it turns on, then open your Settings and go to Power Settings. Here you can turn it back to regular settings.

I plugged my old computer back in and the screen doesn't turn on when the computer is powered on. If I turn the monitor on it just says "No signal." Why?

The screen and CPU are not properly connected. There is probably faulty wiring somewhere. If it's a desktop computer and you're using an HDMI cable to connect the monitor, try switching out the cable.

How do I set up a wireless connection on a new computer?

This depends on whether the computer has built-in WiFi or not. If it does not, you will need to either add an internal card or USB WiFi dongle to the computer. Once the computer has WiFi capability, make sure the WiFi is turned on. Search all available connections, and simply connect to your WiFi router (you should then be prompted for the password you set up for your own network on your router).
