    In a way, yes. Exercise in general is a great way to lose weight, which can help slim your face and jawline. However, there are facial exercises you can also do to tone your facial muscles. Toned muscles can make your face look slimmer. Try doing a fish face exercise by pulling in your cheeks and puckering your lips. Hold the position for about 15 seconds and then relax. Repeat the exercise a few more times. You can also try a puffer fish exercise. Fill your mouth with air, pushing it back and forth between your left and right cheeks, which may help stretch and work your facial muscles. While there isn’t enough scientific evidence out there to support these exercises, it can't hurt anything, and they may actually help tone your facial muscles!

Start by picking a contour powder shade that's a little bit darker than your natural skin tone. Dip a contouring brush into your contour powder of choice. Then, buff the powder along the edge of your jaw, which may help your jawline look a bit slimmer.
