They must have good drainage and you must not over-water them. I water mine every few weeks.

Planting it deeper will bolster it somewhat. You can also wire the root ball and trunk to anchor it in the pot much like a bonsai.

It is either because your jade is too dry or over-watered. Check the soil and roots.
