If you have hard stains in your oven, mix warm water and baking soda, apply it to the stain, and let it sit for about 10-20 minutes. Then, take a microfiber cloth and wipe the door down, being sure to remove any streaks and debris.

I left a drying mat inside the oven door, forgot it, then turned on the oven. The mat is made of microfibers with a foam center, and it smoldered and melted onto the floor of the gas oven. What should I do?
    Lena Perkins
    Community Answer
Well you can use a solution of baking soda, vinegar, and lemon, or if that doesn't work, turn on the oven, cut a lemon and put the lemon in an oven safe bowl in the oven for about 5 minutes. Then it should be easier to scrub off the melted foam.
