If you shop for Shipt and your card becomes lost, damaged, defective, stolen or just plain doesn't work anymore and you need to request a new one, you may be a little lost - because Shipt Shopper doesn't have a feature in the app that allows you to order one. Or does it? With the help of this article, you can get the details to get you that much-needed card so you can continue shopping and making money!

  • Note: Please keep in mind that you may be shopping orders when you'll notice things break, get lost, or something else happens with the card. If you haven't started shopping yet, remove all orders from your My Orders page. If there's a problem with your card on an open order, contact Shipt Shopper Suport to find out how they can help you pay for the order with your broken card in the meantime - even if you arrive at the checkout and the card breaks.

    Set up an account with ShiptShop - the Shipt Shopper home of merchandise related to Shipt.

    Make sure that you are a Shopper. According to the page, although you'll have to spend for the card, you'll have to be an active shopper for Shipt. Orders for inactive or disabled shoppers will be declined and refunded.

    Click the all-caps "Add to Cart" button to add it to your cart. It is $2, and for active Shoppers, there is no shipping fee.

    Open your Shopping Cart, once the bar saying "View cart and checkout" has shown, or the cart icon near the top of the page has updated to show a green-filled icon. If the bar doesn't display, click the shopping cart option in the top right corner of the page.

    Walk yourself through the process. You'll need to provide your own credit or debit card with charging privileges to pay for the new card.

    Wait for your card. The envelope will be marked as coming from "Bluemark" of Valencia, CA 91355. It may take from 1-2 weeks for your card to be received. [3]

      Tips

      • As soon as your card is in transit and if the condition of the card is bad, you may want to Shop only those orders from Target bannered as "Prepaid". These orders don't need your Shipt Shopper card to be presented and are a good placeholder while you are waiting for your new card to arrive.
      • They supply a quantity box, but due to Shipt Shopper limitations, doesn't work as intended.
