The world of Fallout 4 is often violent and unpredictable and, as Preston Garvey often says, there are a lot of settlements that need your help. Luckily, the game offers many new and exciting features for players to tinker with. Now, not only can players decide which faction to side with, they can create their own. Read on to learn how to build your own community in Fallout 4.

Steps

  1. If the area is occupied by hostiles, clear them out. If it is occupied by non-hostiles, you will need to perform some task to help them first.

  7. You can give them specific jobs and give them better armor/weaponry.
  8. Once you have 10 or more settlers, build trading stations and shops.
