1. Touch the tips of your index fingers and middle fingers above your eyebrows. Keep your fingers together.
2. Lift your brows while resisting with your fingertips.
3. Repeat 10 times.
Cheekbone Lifts
1. Touch the tips of your index and middle fingers against your cheek bones, keeping your fingers together.
2. Open your mouth while using your fingers to resist the muscles in your cheeks.
3. Hold your mouth open for three seconds.
4. Close your mouth and repeat 10 times.
Chipmunk Squeeze
1. Tilt your head back.
2. Suck in your cheeks and hold for five seconds.
3. Return to the starting position and repeat five times.
Static Eyebrow Lifts
1. Lift your eyebrows as far as you can.
2. Hold your eyebrows in this position for 10 seconds.
3. Lower them back to the starting position.
4. Repeat five times.
