Butt Kicks in Your Cool Down
* 20 yards of butt kicks repeated two times
* 10 leg swings on each side
* 30 seconds of seated hamstring stretch on each side
* 30 seconds of lunge hip stretch on each side
*Fast Foot Drill: From a jog, lift one foot over your opposite ankle and snap back to the ground as quick as you can. Make contact with the ball of your foot.
