20-Yard Shuttle Run Start by putting three pylons five meters apart. Stand by the middle pylon so that one pylon is to each side of you and you’re facing forward. Sprint as fast as you can to the pylon to your right. Touch it and sprint to the other pylon. Sprint back to the starting line. Squirm Set three pylons up five meters apart from each other. Set another two pylons 10 meters to the left and right of the last pylon. Start by the first pylon so that you’re facing the T-shape of cones. Sprint to the first pylon and do a 360-degree turn. Run to the second pylon and do another turn. Run to the third pylon and then shuffle to either the cone to the left or right Small Hurdle Drill Set up a series of low hurdles (about 6 inches high) in a row with about a foot of space between each. Stand side-on to the first hurdle and run laterally through the hurdles as fast as you can. Keep your feet moving low and fast throughout the drill. Agility Ball Drill Throw an agility ball against a wall. Make sure you have enough space to chase after the ball. The uneven shape of the ball will make the direction it travels off the wall unpredictable. You can try catching it in your dominant hand, weak hand, or with both hands together.
