Chocolate from Cocoa Powder Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 cup cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup coconut oil
* 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once the coconut oil has melted, remove it from the heat and whisk in the cocoa powder until there are no lumps.
Add the sweetener of your choice, vanilla extract, and salt (if using), and whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a silicone chocolate mold or a small dish lined with parchment paper.
Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until it has hardened.
Once the chocolate has hardened, remove it from the mold or dish and cut it into pieces.
Your homemade chocolate is ready to eat! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Note: You can also add other ingredients to the chocolate mixture, such as nuts, dried fruit, or sea salt, to create your own unique flavor combinations.
