I’m unable to change my profile picture. Each time I try, it says “No file chosen” or it redirects me back to my user page. Is there something wrong?

Yep. If I try to add a profile picture, it says no file chosen, or it says “File type is not proper” or something, even if my picture is in png. I converted it into JPG too, still it says the same. Any ideas?

Hmmm… I think the issue is something to do with the redesign. A bunch of redesign issues have been noted by @JayneG
. I know on the old design, which can be enabled temporarily by visiting here
, the thing works. When done, open the F12 developer tools and delete the following entry under “cookies” in the “Application” tab on Chrome/Edge:
I am not sure about Firefox, and this is definitely not intuitive anyway, but at least it’s better than nothing.

Guess I have to wait for Jayne and the epic wikiHaus to patch this.
I know the wikiHaus knows about it, but if you are having trouble, I believe you can delete your profile picture then upload a new one. I think it was put as low priority though as it is not super crucial for editing, anyway.

Thanx Aasim! Actually I did delete the pfp, but nothing changed. Well guess we just have to wait and see what will be done, but thanx so much!

What you need to do is to keep trying over and over again. It will eventually work.

I changed my profil picture yesterday, worked perfectly fine.
