That said, at different life stages, you can do different things. If you're in the “I'm too busy” stage, then that's where 5 minutes a day is better than not doing it at all. I do recommend trying to aim for a 30-minute meditation on the weekend, though, as this will give you much more inner peace.
At Monroe, we don't say “Clear your mind” before meditating. We never say that. We say, “Use your imagination.” That way, meditation is a fun practice, never a struggle.
