Does life get better after teenage years?
This is a really complicated question since it really depends on what you want out of life! As a teenager, ask yourself what you want from life and what you want to accomplish. You don't have to have concrete answers to these questions right now, but it's worth thinking about. As you figure out what you want, put your effort into achieving your goals. If you do this, your life will undoubtedly be better as you get older!
How can I improve my positive attitude?
The first thing you can do is reflect on your past. Think about how the previous years have gone for you and assess what your intentions are for the future. This is a good way to reflect and navigate your feelings regarding the direction of your life. It also makes it much easier to figure out what you want out of the future. Another way to improve your attitude is to just try new things. Experience new locations, try new foods, and make new friends. Experiencing new things will help you identify if there's anything else you want or need out of life.
How can I make next year the best year of my life?
First, reflect on the previous year and take the time to identify what your intentions are for the new year. It's a helpful exercise to understand where you've been, what kind of challenges you may have navigated, and what you accomplished in the previous year. From there, decide where you want to focus your energy in the new year. After you've identified your intentions for the year, set concrete resolutions to help you figure out what changes you want to make in the new year.
