Fried Rice Shopping List
* 3 cups cooked white rice, preferably leftover and chilled
* 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Green onions for garnish (optional)
Note: You can add additional ingredients to your fried rice, such as cooked shrimp, diced ham, or sliced mushrooms, depending on your preference.
