The festival will feature a winter petting zoo, outdoor skating rink, and Santa’s Village. There will also be a tree lighting ceremony on the town square. Guests are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys and canned goods for the Lakeport Fire Department’s toy and food drives. WHERE: Main Street, between 4th Ave. and Jefferson. WHEN: Saturday, December 21, from 10 am to 6 pm. Outdoor skating rink open from 12 pm to 4 pm. Tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 pm. WHY: The Lakeport Town Council is trying to encourage the patronage of local businesses this holiday season, while also fostering a sense of community among Lakeport residents.
