Head Tilts
1. Bend your head forward and pull your chin toward your neck.
2. Stop when you feel a stretch in the back of your neck.
3. Hold this position for 20 seconds.
4. Return to the starting position.
5. Repeat five times.
Head Rotations
1. Turn your head to your right.
2. Stop when you feel a stretch in the left side of your neck.
3. Hold for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat on the other side.
Chin Tucks
1. Lie on a bed or bench with your head hanging off the edge.
2. Relax your neck so that your chin rests against the side of the bed.
3. Pull your head up and tuck your chin until your neck is parallel to the floor.
4. Repeat 10-20 times.
Lying Head Tucks
1. Lie on the floor with your feet flat on the ground and your knees bent at about 90 degrees.
2. Tuck your chin and press your neck flat into the floor.
3. Hold for three seconds and relax.
4. Repeat 10-20 times.
