    Community Answer
You should consult with the Croatian authorities in your hometown, the Croatian embassy in Thailand, and your future wife's local authorities in order to have the marriage acknowledged and registered by both countries and governments. If a religious ceremony will be performed, find out if the person performing the wedding is authorized to issue a legal wedding certificate, or if you need to have a second/civil wedding in order to have the marriage acknowledged legally. If you and your future spouse are planning to move to Croatia, you will also need to know what steps and documents are needed to for her to apply for a residency/spouse visa.

    Community Answer
You need to stay in Thailand for 13 - 15 days. The reason for this is because Philippine Embassy in Bangkok issues the CLCCM (Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage) after the lapse of the 10-day marriage bans, provided that no objection to the marriage has been received in the interim. the remaining 3 - 5 days will be spent for translations/legalization of documents and registration of marriage at the district office/amphur. If both parties are Filipinos, you have the option to marry at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok. However, this is only by schedule; the solemnization of marriage is done every third Wednesday of the month.
