For the past three weeks of my stay here, I have noticed that my hot shower does not work properly. Sometimes it is too hot even though I set it to mid low, and sometimes it is cold even when I set it to warm. I have also taken notice that the lock of my window does not work properly. This bothers me because I will be out of the country next week and would like to secure my belongings. I am hoping you can send someone to help me fix the problems as soon as possible.
