Mr. Emilio Alonso, We are Elba and Hana Strauss, tenants of unit 6G, Madrigal Building. We write to inform you of the problems we are experiencing in our unit needing urgent attention. First, two of the electricity sockets in the unit are busted. For some reason, the sockets in the perimeter wall do not work anymore. As a result, the other three working sockets are now loaded with all the plugs from the different gadgets and appliances. Plus, we have to contend with all the snaking cables. More than the inconvenience, this problem presents a serious fire hazard. Second, the plumbing in the second floor bath must have burst. Water is slowly seeping through the immediate wall is made apparent by a wet mark which was once small and has now enlarged. Yesterday, mold started developing in the wet wall. Pictures are attached for your initial evaluation. This surely will be a source of health problems if unabated. Looking forward to your response to this email.
