Forward and Lateral Hurdle Hops
Stand in the middle of four 18-inch hurdles. You should have one hurdle on each side of you so that you can jump over them from the middle. Jump over the hurdle to your left and then return to the center. Jump over the right hurdle and back to the center. Jump over the hurdle in front of you, return to the center, and jump the hurdle behind you. Take a minute break and repeat five times.
Ladder Drill Runs
Run through an agility ladder by tapping your left then right foot in each rung of the ladder. Immediately after running through the ladder, run through it again laterally, again tapping each foot in each rung of the ladder.
Take a minute break and then repeat five more times. Each time through, change the foot that touches the ladder first, and when you go through laterally switch directions each time.
Forward and Lateral Box Jumps
Jump onto a plyo box of a comfortable height (less than waist height). Jump to the right side of the box and then back onto the box. Jump to the left side of the box and back onto the box. Jump off the backside of the box and back onto it. Finish by jumping back to your starting position.
Repeat five times with a two-minute break between sets.
