What are the most common seasonal color trends?
Over the past five years, we can see some color trends that are really popular, because they reflect the style of each season:

Spring: bold and fresh colors such as pink, mint, and coral.

Summer: muted, cool tones like lavender, dusty rose, and light blue.

Autumn: warm, deep shades like burnt orange, mustard, and olive.

Winter: deep and rich colors like navy, burgundy, emerald, and black.

Pantone, the company that sets worldwide color standards has the major influence in selecting these color trends. Every year, Pantone selects a Color of the Year and seasonal color palettes that many designers and brands use. These colors create trends in clothing, home decor, and beauty.

The Color of the Year 2025 is Mocha Mousse. This shade is a warm and soft light brown inspired by cacao and coffee. It’s perfect for creating your balanced look and is already popular in fashion collections.
How do you choose what colors to wear in the winter?
Choosing winter colors is all about working within your color season. Rather than defaulting to dark basics or following the trends, you can wear deeper or more vibrant tones from your seasonal palette to stay both flattering and seasonally appropriate.

Winter types shine in cool, bold shades like icy blue, black, and jewel tones.

Autumn types glow in rich, earthy tones like olive, rust, and mustard.

Summer types suit soft, cool hues like dusty plum, muted navy, and grey.

Spring types look fresh in warm, bright shades like coral, camel, and turquoise.

You can also mix and match colors within your palette - pairing lighter and deeper tones - to add interest, contrast, and dimension to your winter wardrobe while staying true to what suits you best! :)
What is a personal color analysis?
Personal color analysis helps you find the best colors for your clothes, makeup, and accessories by looking at your natural features - like your skin tone, eye color, and hair color. The goal is to find colors that make you look healthy, bright, and confident.

This is usually done by categorizing people into four groups called Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Each group has colors that match different skin tones and hair colors.

- Spring: Warm, bright, and fresh colors.

- Summer: Cool, soft, and muted tones.

- Autumn: Warm, rich, and earthy shades.

- Winter: Cool, deep, and bold colors.

Each season also has sub-seasons that offer more specific shades.

A color expert typically does the analysis using drapes in various shades to observe how different colors affect your skin's appearance - brightening it or dulling it, minimizing shadows or emphasizing them. The result is a curated palette that serves as a helpful guide for shopping, makeup application, and even hair color decisions!
What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is orange! :) I love it because it’s part of my Warm Autumn color palette, so it really complements my outfits. Beyond that, it just gives me such a positive, energetic vibe – it feels like sunshine and warmth all around, and I love that feeling.
