Chipmunks can be destructive, but there are lot of ways to get rid of them humanely. Try these tips to deter chipmunks from your garden and keep your plants safe:
  • Get rid of any wood or rock piles where a chipmunk could make their home.
  • Install wire mesh over downspouts and around burrow areas.
  • Remove any bird feeders from the area, or add red pepper to your birdseed.
  • Cover your seedbeds with hardware cloth to prevent chipmunks from reaching them.
  • Try planting plants like daffodils or alliums that naturally repel chipmunks.

Hello, Sanitation and exclusion will be some of your best tools. Start by removing food and water sources, such as bird feeders and baths. Switch out mulch beds for rock beds. Keep landscaping at least 6 inches away from the foundation of your home. Trim back tree limbs so they are not touching the house. These are all long-term items to reduce the suitable habitat. In the short term, work on covering your garden with a wire mesh to prevent entry for the time being and wait for the chipmunks to move on.

Help! What's the best way to get rid of ants?
I’m going nuts here. Every morning I wake up and find dozens of ants wandering around in my kitchen and living room. It doesn’t seem to matter how many traps I set out or how deep I clean my home to get rid of food scraps or whatever the ants seem to be after. Does sugar water get rid of ants? I feel like I heard something like that somewhere but I have no clue if any of that stuff actually works. What will actually solve this problem? I don’t even hate ants like that, but leave my living space alone, ya know?

How to check for potential bed bug infestation in my house?
I truly, deeply hate to say it...but I'm afriad that I have bed bugs. I haven't found a beg bug YET, but I've been waking up itchy all week. I am losing my mind. I've had bedbugs in my house for a week and nothing seems to be getting rid of them. How do I kill them? Do I just need to bite the bullet and call an exterminator? Do I need to move???? I'm pulling my hair out as we speak. Help, please!
