Hi! My name is Joel. When active on wiki, I'm likely either patrolling recent changes or boosting new articles, as I got full booster rights on January 24th, 2017. I also can occasionally be found removing duplicate tips from articles and just making copyedits in general.

Over the past couple years, I haven't really been active at all. I've recently been getting back into editing Wikipedia (my Wikipedia userpage can be found here), and I've realized that I still enjoy it (albeit in a different way than I did last time around). So, I'm giving wikiHow another go as well. Unfortunately, this means that I'm probably more rusty than I realize -- if I make a mistake, please message me on my talk! I'll be careful, but that only goes so far.

In my free time not spent online, I enjoy reading, studying for/playing quizbowl, and watching the AI play against itself on various video games. I have interests in philosophy and art history, which I am currently studying at the University of Minnesota, but I also enjoy music a lot (I've listened through Everything Everything's 2015 album Get to Heaven about 30 times in the last month) and am probably listening to something at any given moment I'm editing either here or at Wikipedia.
