Instructions: Use this worksheet to track your body measurements over time. Make sure to take your measurements at the same time of day and under similar conditions each time.

Shoulders: Measure across the widest part of your shoulders, from one end to the other.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, typically at the level of your hip bones.
Thighs: Measure around the widest part of each thigh.
Calves: Measure around the widest part of each calf.
Biceps: Measure around the widest part of each bicep.
Forearms: Measure around the widest part of each forearm.
