Tell her directly
Whether you say it out loud, in a written note, or via text, tell her that you appreciate her.
Examples:
“I appreciate who you are and all you do. I feel lucky to have you in my life.”
“I love all the little ways you make me smile.”
Surprise her
Give her little gifts just because or plan special outings for her or the two of you to enjoy.

* Schedule a spa day for her
* Send her her favorite treat at work
* Give her flowers
* Leave sticky notes with all the things you love about her in her car, around the house, or in a place you know she’ll see them
* Plan a romantic lunch or dinner date
Show her affection
Physical gestures show that you appreciate her and like being close to her. But, if she isn’t the touchy-feely type, tailor the degree of your affection to her comfort level.
* Hold her hand
* Hug and/or kiss her randomly
* Playfully nudge her
* Playfully groom her
* Cuddle with her
* Give her a massage
Give her compliments
Show her how much you admire her qualities. Make sure to compliment her deeper qualities in addition to her physical ones.
Examples:
“You look so beautiful when you’re focused on something.”
“I love how thoughtful and brilliant you are.”
Take part in her interests
Express interest in her favorite things or hobbies to show that you care about what’s important to her.
Examples:
“I’m so proud of you for getting your black belt. Do you think I could drop in on one of your classes sometime to see you in action and maybe try to learn a couple moves?”
“I know you love sushi, so I planned a special date for us to learn how to make sushi from a master chef.”
Check in with her
Ask about important events in her life to show her that you care about her and support her endeavors.
Examples:
“How did your presentation go?”
“Did you hear back about that interview?”
