Cheek Puffs
1. Fill your left cheek with air.
2. Move the air to your right cheek.
3. Repeat back and forth for 30 seconds.
Jawline Rolls
1. Tighten your face and pucker your lips.
2. Move your lips to the right and mouth the words “Michael Jordan” (or any other four syllable phrase).
3. Repeat on the left side.
4. Repeat 10 times on each side.
Tongue Holds
1. Place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth behind your teeth.
2. Push your tongue into the roof of your mouth until the muscles behind your chin stiffen.
3. Make a humming sound for a second and then relax.
4. Repeat ten times.
Mouth Opens
1. Purse your lips together.
2. Keep your lips in contact and open your mouth as wide as you can. Hold for a second.
3. Repeat to the starting position and repeat ten times.
