You can either long press on that audio/video file, and when the share menu opens, you can send via email, WhatsApp, etc. You can also download the file in your phone by clicking and saving it in your device. From the phone's download folder, you can share on your email. A second option is using your email's Compose option and adding that file as an attachment using/clicking on the paper clip icon. If the file is large, you can save it in your Google Drive and share a link to yourself or make your email the owner of the file.
