* Nook Between Lowest Rib and Spine. Massaging this area can relieve lower back pain, as well as pain near the tailbone, groin and abdomen.
* Muscles to the Side of the Hip. Known as the gluteus minimus and medius, these triangular muscles to the side of the hip should be targeted to alleviate pain in the low back, hip, buttocks, and even the hamstrings.
