Overnight Oats with Milk Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup milk (or any milk substitute of your choice)
* 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1 tbsp honey (optional)
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* Toppings of your choice (e.g. fresh fruit, nuts, honey, cinnamon)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, give the oat mixture a stir and add your desired toppings.
Serve cold.
Note: You can also add other ingredients to the overnight oats before refrigerating, such as mashed banana, cocoa powder, or peanut butter, to create your own unique flavor combinations.
