    Can I apply both a primer and milk of magnesia before putting on makeup? What is a BB cream?

    Yes, it is okay to apply both primer and milk of magnesia, but be sure to completely wash your face when taking off makeup, or else you will break out and become very oily. BB cream is a blemish balm makeup product. It is kind of like concealer and foundation in one. Sometimes you can use BB cream in place of primer, but only if it says "primer" on the BB tube.
