I think Leo needs another fire sign who would understand the magnificence of Leo, like an Aries, for example, or a Sagittarius. Air signs (like Gemini) get along with fire signs, but Gemini is a mutable sign, so they may just too all over the place for a fixed fire sign like Leo.
